在CATTI 2的笔译综合能力那里，有20个单词和词组的翻译练习，我先做了前五个，6-10我会列出来给大家练习，答对有分。
1. agree to disagree 同意保留不同的意见，求同存异
agree to do sth 同意做某事
disagree 不同意……，对……保留/持不同的意见
agree to disagree: agree to disagree with sth.; agree to keep/reserve the disagreements
2. get the upper hand 占上风，处于有利地位，有优势，有控制权
to get the advantage over sb so that you are in control of a particular situation
试想想，两个人比臂力，就是两个人各出一只手握住对方的手，看谁的手能扳倒对方的手。谁的手能压住对方的手（在上方）就占优势/赢的机会大。所以如果你get the upper hand（你的手是上面的那只手），你就be in a better position （处于有利地位）并have control of the situation（控制住了局势）。
3. cost an arm and a leg （使）花一大笔钱
(informal) to cost/pay a lot of money
胳膊和腿是人身体的部分，其价值对人来说是很高的。如果要用一条胳膊换一样东西的话，证明这样东西的代价很高，那么胳膊和腿都用上了，那这件东西的价值之贵就可想而知了。
4. pay through the nose (for sth) 付过高的代价
(informal) to pay much too much money for sth
如果以腹部作为正常的付款高度的话，鼻子相对腹部来说就太高了，也就是pay too high a price。
5. fall asleep at the switch 玩忽职守,错过机会;漫不经心
这个还真想不通，估计switch是鞭子的意思，以前奴隶们都是在鞭子之下工作的，勤快的奴隶不用鞭子抽打也认真工作，懒的奴隶即使鞭子抽打也玩忽懈怠，就是夸张一点在鞭子之下也能睡着，说明他玩忽职守，对工作漫不经心。
