成份：本品为脱脂棉纱布在碱性条件下与氯乙酸作用生成的纤维羧甲基醚的钠盐。
Ingredient: This product is a kind of carboxymethyl cellulose sodium salt ,which generated from the interaction between Absorbent cotton gauze in alkaline conditions and chloroacetic acid 。
性状：本品为白色或微黄色纱布状物；无臭、无味、具吸湿性。
Description: this product is white or yellow gauze-like; odorless, tasteless, with moisture absorption.
适应症：用于拔牙术、皮肤、外科手术后或外伤止血和保护创伤面。
Indications:it is used to stop bleeding and protect wound surface after tooth extraction , skin burn, surgical or trauma operations.

用法与用量：外用
Dosage and usage: External use on wound surface.
拔牙术后：按无菌操作剪取本品适量填塞。
外科手术后或外伤；将创面洗净后，按创面大小在无菌操作下剪取本品适量敷上，再按外科常规处理。
After tooth extraction operation: fill the wound withappropriate product in the sterile operation .
After surgery or trauma operation ; clean the wound,cut appropriate size of the product to spread the wound in the sterile operation , then adopt conventional surgical treatment.

药理毒理：本品遇血液后，迅速吸收膨胀溶解，可与血块形成覆盖物，保护创面。由于本品溶解后带有大量负离子，可凝激活血因子XII，启动内源性凝血系统促使凝血酶的生成，继而在凝血酶的作用下，纤维蛋白原被水解，经纤维蛋白稳定因子加固定形成不溶性纤维蛋白多聚体，达到止血护创的作用。
Pharmacology toxicology: This product can be absorbed 、expanded and dissolved rapidly when it meets blood ,and it can form a kind of covers with the blood clots to protect wounds. As this product produce a large number of negative ions when dissolved , which can activateblood coagulation factor XII, and activate endogenous clotting system to promote the generation of thrombin, and then in the role of thrombin and fibrinogen will be hydrolyzed, form insoluble fiber protein polymer to stop bleeding and protect wound surface.
