以下是我代一位交大mba外教教师所发贴，他有意想开设一个口语课程班，内容包括有职场群面案例分析，个人面试技巧，500强外企Hr还会亲临现场哦，交流面试经验和行业分析，对于要出国的朋友，也有专门的雅思，托福口语话题的讨论，还有热点问题的探讨，演讲等等一系列的内容。主要还是提高当代学生及上班族的英语思考逻辑能力，有兴趣的同学可以发邮件至sarah_xyp@hotmail.com，表明您的想法，以及有空时间。本课程主要是以workshop形式开设，人数最好是控制在8人以内，以便分组讨论及分析。
A brief proposal for speaking skills workshop（外教老师的课程计划）
Duration: One month(4 times/once a week) or two months(8 times) which depends on students’ time arrangement
(But it is better for students to have two-month training oral class)
Place: Dong gallery
Purpose:cultivate students’ ability to think in English
make students to be more competitive in the career development
improve your logic thinking and presentation in the interview (both for oral tests you will have before you go abroad and for your job interviews in foreign corporations)
form: group discussion and presentation
core content:
a, Business Case Study
----group discussion on the classical business cases
----give analysis and your own opinins
----work as a group to get the final scheme which your team consider is the best
b, Presentation
----students are required to give a presentation on some subject assigned previously
----other students can ask questions to the speecher based on the subject
----group discussion about what should be improved during the presentation, such as your posture, eye contacting and so on
c, Debating-
----you will be given some skills on debating (including the expression of how to make your own argumentation clearly, how to think logically, how to express your idea in English smoothly and so on)
d, Visiting experts in top 500 corporations or big band name companies in fields such as marketing, HR, etc.
---- experts will be invited to our workshop and share ideas with our students
---- you can have the chance to understand what these experts think about the industries
---- a chance of face-to-face free talk with the experts working in big brand name corporations
---- if it is possible, we can hold a simulation interview
e, Daily free talking
---- some interesting materials extracted from the English newspaper will be the topic of our daily free talk
---- accumulate vocabularies which will be frequently used in your daily life
---- experience sharing (you can share your university life and work life with students and mistakes of expression will be corrected)
f, theme discussion
---- some topic which you may be asked in the IELTS or TOEFL will be chose for our discussion
---- logical thinking in English responding to these topics will be given

Every student can e-mail me and give me any suggestion about your participation in the workshop. You can write to me about your own problem in oral English or your composition and I will give you my personal advice on your study and revise for you.
Note: This oral class is a good platform for you to have a training with a group in English. How much it will help you in your future career development or your project of studying abroad is totally dependent on how much you participate in it.
