  Options: Too Much of a Good Incentive（激励）?When the market was soaring, concerns about the downside of options were dismissed. The truth is there has always been a cost for issuing options. When options are exercised, they add to the shares outstanding. That dilution drives down earnings per share. To combat dilution, many companies buy back large numbers of shares that their execs have exercised.   -如果过了六级呢？最佳答案显然不行，同传是要经过培训的，要求非常严格，更何况是大型会议，过六级不代表翻译水平，更不代表临场反应。同传是要有专业训练的，要不然哪那么多报酬。。。
